I just joined team Czabe tonight. This question was one of the first questions that ran through my mind as I committed to P90X. I am an avid golfer as well and don't want do anything that is going to make my game worse.
Thanks,
Larry P.

I get asked this alot - ALOT -because I am a fanatic golfer, and I think most of us know that weight training and hard workouts can make us stiff and sore. So guys always wonder, if I want to play 18 after doing something like Chest and Back, will I be a wreck on the course.
My answer is this: at first, perhaps. But I found pretty quickly, that my body recovered quickly enough the very next day, that I was not noticeably sore or stiff after even hard workouts. This continued through the entire 90 day run.
So try to work your heaviest workouts around your golf schedule, and as far as other sports, you'll just have to listen to your body.

Permalink Reply by Jim P on March 8, 2011 at 8:19pm I enjoy biking and I intend to get back into it as soon as the weather is warm. It's about that time and I plan to be out there on the towpath and elsewhere.
